TerraVerdae Bioworks is a leading innovative biopolymer and bioplastics company dedicated to helping our customers develop sustainable and biodegradable polymers, plastics and products from renewable carbon sources, including waste.

Our products are environmentally safe, biodegradable, naturally derived and do not persist in the environment at end of use. We support the agricultural, forestry, food packaging, adhesives and personal care markets with bioplastic solutions to global cleantech challenges.

Innovative Technology. Planet-Friendly Process.

Our core technology platform is based on polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) produced via fermentation of renewable carbon sources such as municipal and forestry waste or agricultural residues.

We fine-tune this carbon-neutral process for the product performance needs of our industrial and commercial customers such as formulating for strength, elasticity, impact resistance or more.

We adhere to ASTM and EN requirements for biodegradability and compostability, and our products are designed for food contact approval.

Our focus is on PHA films, thermoformed and injection mouldings, coatings, and other specialty PHA products.
